Hey everybody--welcome to the new No Payne No Gain blog. I'm going to be adding different parts of my platform to this blog every day this week, as well as blogging about particular issues facing campus--and anything else that strikes my fancy. I hope that this can become a good forum for students to read about the issues facing Loyola and SGA, and how I am the best candidate to respond to and fix those issues.
My platform has three main themes: experience, ideas, and engagement. I think that the combination of my experience as Vice President, ideas on how to make everything at Loyola more student-centric, and engagement with New Orleans and the student body, makes me the candidate who can get the most done in the next year.
On Tuesday, I am going to start explaining my platform by outlining experience--why I know that my year as Vice President makes me the best possible President of all of the candidates.
